About Me
Too many students have been made to feel that they are not enough. Not everyone can sit still all day and pay attention to something they don't understand. I want to help students unlock their potential and not feel overwhelmed by their school work. Three of my five children have ADD/ADHD. I have worked other struggling learners in the school system. All these students are not well served in a traditional classroom environment. Let's find the best way for you to learn and work together to make you successful!

Teaching Experience
I was an instructional aide/RSP aide for Saucelito Elementary School (K-8) for 9 years. I worked with both individuals and small groups. Teaching, tutoring, supporting in math, writing, reading, science and history. I homeschooled my own children until high school. I have also worked in children's ministry with K-6, I have lead 4H projects and worked with Cub/Boy Scouts,
Interests
I enjoy gardening, I took groups of students out to the school garden daily for 3 years. I enjoy animal husbandry, my children have raised duck, geese, chickens and dairy goats, which means I did too. I love to read, historical fiction and mystery are my go to genres. I like to bake and make jams and jellies.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
