About Me
In school I used to be an athlete, with Cross Country, Winter Track, Golf, and Wrestling. I now have hiking, swimming, and yoga as my ways to physically exercise.
Education
I went to The Pennsylvania State University in 2009 and graduated in 2013 in my Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. Afterwards, I attended Caldwell University in their post-baccalaureate in Education for my teacher certification. Because of this, I currently have been serving communities as a teacher for almost 10 years.
Teaching Experience
I currently am a teacher and have been a teacher for almost 10 years. I worked in 7th and 8th grade for 5 years, and then 9th and 10th grade for 4 years. Before then, I was both a subsitute teacher/paraprofessional and a tutor for 2 tutoring centers.
Interests
When I'm not teaching, I'm photographing landscapes and nature, reading graphic novels in spanish, learning another language, performing yoga, or working on becoming a massage therapist.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
