About Me
Hi! My name is Aqsa Kahloan and I would love to be your tutor to help you be successful in whatever subject you are struggling in! I know how overwhelming school can be and my goal is to help you understand the material, feel confident, and be less stressed. I have a background in the sciences but can also tutor other subjects. I look forward to meeting you!
Education
I attended Quinnipiac University for both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Health Science Studies and a Master's in Secondary Education with a focus in Biology.
Teaching Experience
I currently teach 9th grade biology at a public school district in CT, this is my second year teaching. I have experience with online and in-person teaching. I also have experience tutoring students one-on-one and in groups for various science and non-science subjects.
Interests
I enjoy taking my dog on walks, reading a good mystery/thriller book, or catching up on a TV Show!
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
