About Me
I am a college student who loves to interact with students of all backgrounds, to help them learn English, gain a love (or even a linking) for history, and to even get a sense of American culture if they are unfamiliar or just want a new perspective. I also love learning new languages (I am deeply interested in Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, and can speak some German) and other cultures different from where I grew up in the Eastern United States.
Education
I am a graduate from Arizona State University with a bachelors of arts in English and history. I am now a graduate student pursuing an MA in history at Indiana State University
Teaching Experience
I have been working at ASU as a writing mentor for English 102 for four years (2017) and now I am a graduate assistant at Indiana State University since fall 2020.
Interests
I love reading, learning languages, birdwatching, gaming, TCG gaming, playing Pokemon Go, exploring small towns, research in history, and teaching ESL.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
