About Me
On a serious note, it's important to grow your Math/English skills, because that is what really pays in life. I'm here to help you build those skills. So lets have fun, but when it comes time to focus, lets focus. On a less serious note, I am in fact a fearsome Minecraft gamer. I've got 5000+ hours logged, mostly from when I was in middle/high school when I ran my own SMP server. I am also an absolute menace on BedWars, don't @ me unless you want to get humbled.
Education
Last May I received my Bachelor's from UNC Chapel Hill, with majors in Peace, War & Defense (concentrated in International Security and Intelligence) and History (Global History), with a minor in Statistics.
Teaching Experience
In high school I worked as a math tutor at Mathnasium of Quail Hollow, and while traveling in Europe last fall I independently organized a series of free cultural presentations in Germany, centered around my experience growing up American. In total, I went to 7 classrooms in 2 schools, interacting with 150+ students.
Interests
I am very passionate about international politics and history, so most of my free time involves listening to current events/ history podcasts or reading articles. Additionally, I am an Assistant Scoutmaster at the BSA Troop where I earned my Eagle Scout rank, supporting camping trips and as a counselor for the Citizenship in the World Merit Badge.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
